FREAKIER FRIDAY (2025): Navigate Through the Turmoil

While I did not love Freakier Friday, I enjoyed it and at times found myself laughing out loud.  I admittedly enjoyed Lindsay Lohan's performance much more than I expected. 

THE THREESOME (2025) A Well-Thought-Out Story

I questioned why I was watching this. I’m glad I persisted, as I appreciated the issues discussed and the conclusions the characters reach.

CAUGHT STEALING (2025): Hope and Disappointment

While the film does address themes of honesty, keeping one’s word, and fighting for what’s right, much of its potential was left on the cutting room floor.

NE ZHA 2 (2025): Highest-Grossing Animated Film Ever! From A24

The fifth-highest-grossing film of all time. While much of Eastern religion is explored in the film, there are also opportunities to make faith comparisons with Christianity and other beliefs.

EDEN (2014) An American Survival Thriller

In a season filled with action blockbusters, it’s refreshing to experience an enjoyable, thought-provoking historical drama on screen. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give “Eden” a 9.

THE KNIFE (2024) A Psychological Drama of a Female Home Intruder

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give *The Knife* a disappointing 2. However, discussions after viewing it could score a 9 or better.

NOBODY 2 (2025): The Highly Anticipated Follow-Up

I had a lot of fun watching this movie, and I wouldn’t mind seeing it...again. Bob Odenkirk proves to be a terrific action-adventure actor.

SKETCH (2025): The Children Truly Carry This Fantasy Comedy

Overall, Sketch was a surprisingly enjoyable film. While it has some questionable flaws, it concluded strongly, eliciting genuine emotion without becoming overly sentimental.

WEAPONS (2025): 17 Children from the Same Classroom Mysteriously Run Away!

The movie also highlights the possibility of restoration and the power of perseverance. Despite the judgments others may make of us.

RELAY (2025): A Whistleblower and Misplaced Trust

This movie serves as a reminder about trust. It kept me entertained and engaged. I appreciated the surprises it offered and found it to be a worthwhile experience.

TOGETHER (2025) Precisely What Many Horror Fans Have Been Waiting For

The theater was nearly packed, and most attendees seemed to enjoy the film. Better than I expected, giving it a score of 6.5 out of 10.
