Cara’s Review

Based on the true story about of Richard Williams and his family, the film focuses on his mission to see his daughter achieve greatness. He’s a dedicated father who goes above and beyond to support the tremendous talents of all five of his children. Specifically, his two daughters Venus and Serena.

Had it not been for his efforts, would his daughters have ever seen victory? It’s not likely. Not only does he manage their career, but also, he manages them. That consistent practice and hard work turns the girls from talented to professional (yes, there is a difference).

This is a father who has absolute faith in his children. He wants the best for them. He wants them to have a better life. His approach may be controlling and unusual, but it pays off when he sees his children’s dreams come true.

That’s a real father.
