Synopsis
Pitching In is a British family drama set in the picturesque seaside town of Aberystwyth, Wales. The series follows three generations of the same family as they struggle to make the best of a very unusual – and sometimes very difficult – situation.
Frank Lewis (Larry Lamb) is the owner of Daffodil Dunes, a cozy caravan park on the coast. When he announces that he plans to sell the park to an enticing estate agent (Hayley Mills), his strong-willed daughter, Carys (Caroline Sheen), sets out to change his mind.
Carys is a single mother with two young children. She loves Daffodil Dunes and doesn’t want to see it sold. She enlists the help of her brother, Rhys (Taj Atwal), and her mother, Megan (Lu Corfield), to help her save the park.
Together, they face a number of challenges, including financial difficulties, a rival caravan park, and a group of local teenagers who are determined to make their lives difficult. But they are determined to overcome these challenges and keep Daffodil Dunes in the family.
