The story follows a family over the course of one night after an intruder breaks into their home, leading to a tense and mind-twisting investigation. For me, *The Knife* <strong>dragged on for much of its runtime, <\/strong>and the story could have been explained more effectively. If such events had truly taken place, even a mediocre lawyer could have identified significant flaws in the detective&#8217;s investigation. <strong>I did not appreciate<\/strong> the attempts to create conflict within the family or pit children against their parents. <strong>It is rare for me to leave a theater feeling upset<\/strong> and regretting my choice of film, but that was my experience here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The movie seemed to promise much but ultimately fell short due to a <strong>weak plot, lack of explanation<\/strong>, and perceived biased intent.
